Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Nature In You website, book a call, or purchase a coaching program or session. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to these terms. Nature In You is operated by Kristina Kermanova, based in Portugal.

1. The service we provide

Nature In You offers holistic health and nutrition coaching. Coaching supports your wellbeing through education, guidance, and habit change. It is a complement to, not a replacement for, medical or psychological care.

2. Not medical advice

Coaching with Nature In You is not medical, psychological, or nutritional-therapy treatment, and it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. You should always consult your own doctor or qualified practitioner about your health, especially before making significant changes. Please read our full Disclaimer.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about your health and circumstances.
• Keep working with your own medical providers, and seek their advice where needed.
• Make your own decisions and take responsibility for the choices and actions you take.

4. Bookings, prices, and payment

Discovery calls are free. Paid programs and sessions are shown in euros (EUR) and are payable in advance through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Prices and program details may change, but the price you are quoted at the time of purchase is the price that applies to you.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

We want this to be fair and clear. Our standard approach is:

• Rescheduling sessions: please give at least 24 hours' notice to move a booked session.
• Missed sessions: sessions missed without notice may be treated as used.
• Programs: program fees are paid in advance. Once a program has started, fees are generally non-refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
• EU cooling-off: as a consumer in the EU you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. Where you ask us to begin coaching within that period, you may waive that right for services already provided.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our programs (text, materials, plans, and resources) belongs to Nature In You and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide our coaching and content in good faith and with care. To the extent permitted by law, Nature In You is not liable for outcomes that depend on your own choices and actions, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Portugal, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
